Author's POV
Vijaygarh was bedecked with redolent flowers and furbelows for the coronation of its real King. Raghav and Chandralekha also got ready in Royal attire, with gold and diamond jewels, that had expensive gemstones studded in them.
Chitra, Ranveer, Indrajeet and Ambika were also ready for the ceremony. The people of Vijaygarh, alongwith the citizens of Devgarh collected altogether to celebrate this big day.
Under the presence of priests, the coronation ceremony was performed. Everyone hailed King Raghav and Queen Chandralekha. After the grand feast, the family members finally retired to their chambers for rest.
"Raghav, I still can't believe that the fortune teller referred to this day."
Chandralekha spoke to Raghav, whose head was resting comfortably on his wife's lap, while she was slowly caressing it.
"What do you mean, my Chandani?"
Raghav asked her, his softened gaze analysed her feminine features, and her slightly swollen belly.
"Remember the fortune teller told me that I would be the Queen of Vijaygarh."
Chandralekha muttered to him, pecking his forehead.
"Hm!" Raghav hummed, gently stroking her belly.
"But she never mentioned who the King would be!"
Chandralekha's voice turned hoarse and excited, recalling everything that happened with her till now.
"And I had never imagined that you would marry me - the head commander of Devgarh army."
Raghav asserted, straightening up a little and claiming his Chandani's lips. They kissed each other passionately for a few good moments.
"You are my King, Raghav! And now you are everyone's King!"
Chandralekha spoke, her fingers traced Raghav's face lovingly. They were having some really beautiful couple moments.
In the other rooms of the palace, Chitra and Ranveer were drowning in the pool of pleasure with Chitra on top of Ranveer since she is pregnant.
Ambika, whose gestation period was about to complete was lying on Indrajeet's lap, who was stroking her head so that she could sleep properly, alongwith their baby.
Seven days passed, and all the brothers kept working hard to establish their rules and regulations in the cities. Raghav is the Chakravarthi Samrat now, with immense power to rule entire north Hind.
On the seventh night of the coronation ceremony, while the brothers were busy with the royal work, the women - Chandralekha, Ambika and Chitra were lying in the interior palaces, with servants all around them.
Suddenly the winds began blowing roughly. This unexpected change in the environment alerted all of them. Queen Chandralekha stood up to analyse the situation when a black shadow attacked her belly.
Before she could fall down, Chitra stepped up before her, opening her arms to protect the Queen. The shadow resembled the Devil, with black body and red eyes. It spread its big palm to hold Chitra's arm, which he successfully held.
The red thread mark on Chitra's arm got activated, and the Devil's palm began melting over there, astonishing everyone. None of them knew that Chitra possessed this power.
Ambika was taken aback by the servants, when the men came into the chambers and gazed at this unexpected scene.
A mirror was placed beside Chitra and Chandralekha where Raghav, Ranveer and Indrajeet saw an image - a blur woman in red saree had placed her hand on Chitra's arm, that wasn't visible in the real world, but it could clearly be seen in the mirror.
"Mata!"
Raghav muttered, making everyone decipher who the lady was. She was none other than Maharani Sunaina's spirit, who was guarding Chitra and the little life that was flourishing inside her.
The shadow like being was repelled away from Chitra, disappearing in the skies, never to be seen again.
Raghav immediately ran to the mirror, while Ranveer ran to hold Chitra. Sunaina was already gone, leaving a note on the mirror.
'I had promised her mother that I will protect her, and I'm grateful to her father-in-law for raising my son like a King.'
Raghav's eyes were tear filled reading this message. The army men arrived at the palace to inform everyone of Yuddhjeet's death. His body decayed gradually, and was carefully delivered to Raghav in rotten state.
Raghav performed his last rites in private, with only Ranveer and Indrajeet accompanying him. Vijaygarh was flourishing with prosperity and abundance when Ambika gave birth to a daughter, who was named Sukanya.
After a few months, Chandralekha gave birth to a daughter, who was named Nayantara. She resembled a deceased Rooplekha. Princess Nayantara's arrival gave fuel to the development of North Western Hind.
Awadh was blooming again, under the presence of Maharaj Shauryaditya, who was unexpectedly found alive after a few months of Raghav's coronation, but the weird part was that he doesn't behave like him anymore.
The Queen of Awadh feels something off about him, that she cannot put in words.
The princes - Ramnaditya and Dharmaditya are learning martial arts, fencing, horse riding in their maternal home, unaware of what is happening in their palace.
Chitra had given birth to a baby boy, who was named as Madhav. Ranveer was worried because he believes that the future holds clashes within the family, which no one desires.
One such day, the Royal Family of Vijaygarh were having dinner when they noticed Ranveer's tense face.
"What troubles you, my brother?"
Raghav asked Ranveer, who glanced at him with disturbed countenance.
"When I worked for Yuddhjeet over here, he tried to test me. There he asked me to behead Rashmi, and I did that unwillingly."
Ranveer told everyone, who kept listening to him keenly.
"So?" Chandralekha asked him.
"But then Rashmi came out from inside, and Yuddhjeet told me that I killed her clone."
Ranveer exclaimed, leaving everyone flabbergasted.
"Why is this scene worrying you?"
Indrajeet enquired, his voice sounded worried.
"What if you killed a clone, and not the real Rashmi?"
Ranveer put forth a question - too good to be ignored.
"You mean to say she lives somewhere."
Ambika asserted, her face turning pale with each passing second.
"I don't know!" Ranveer muttered.
"You are worrying unnecessarily. Rashmi is dead. The evil is dead."
Chitra declared, her palm quickly caressed that of Ranveer to soothe down his fastened pulse.
"Remember the priest said that Nayantara will be the slayer of evil. If evil is dead, who would she slay?"
Ranveer stated, leaving everyone speechless.
(Somewhere in the middle of the Forest)
A wrecked woman was rotating her head in the anti-clockwise direction, chanting weird spells in a particular melody which was earlier sung by Khyati. The woman is none other than Rashmi, who is alive, and is performing blood magic to retrieve her powers.
She summoned the Devil after six years of immense penance, and finally he appeared before her. She asked for a son, and they united.
Rashmi gave birth to piece of black shadow after six months of gestation, the shadow was formless, and held the ability to take any form.
